- Import — RipeText pulls in your historical conversations

- Monitor — New conversations are synced in real-time via webhooks
When to Connect
You can connect an integration in two places:
- During onboarding — This is the recommended path. RipeText will automatically import your historical conversations so insights are ready from day one.
- From Settings → Integrations — You can connect additional platforms at any time. A historical import will also run when connecting a new platform for the first time.
