RipeText Now Connects to Crisp
Import your Crisp live chat conversations into RipeText for AI-powered topic clustering, sentiment tracking, and quality insights - automatically.
Live chat moves fast. A visitor asks a question, your operator responds in seconds, and the conversation is over before anyone thinks about logging it. Multiply that by hundreds of chats a day across your team, and the signal buried in those conversations disappears into Crisp's inbox archive.
You know the patterns are there. The same onboarding question pops up every week. A handful of operators consistently resolve things faster. Frustrated messages spike after a product change. But surfacing those patterns means scrolling through transcripts one by one - and nobody has that kind of time.
RipeText now connects directly to Crisp, and setup takes less than a minute.
What the integration does
Install the RipeText plugin from the Crisp Marketplace, and RipeText links to your workspace automatically. Your existing conversation history is imported, and from that point on every new message flows in as it happens.
RipeText doesn't just store the last message in the thread. It pulls the full conversation: every message exchanged between operators and visitors, conversation metadata like tags and state, and the people involved - matching visitor profiles, companies, and assigned operators.
All of this feeds into the same AI analysis pipeline that already powers RipeText for Zendesk, Intercom, Front, and HubSpot users.
What you get
- Topic clustering. RipeText groups similar conversations automatically. Instead of reading through hundreds of chat transcripts to notice that "pricing questions" doubled this week, you see it on your dashboard the same day it starts.
- Sentiment tracking. Every conversation carries a tone. RipeText tracks sentiment across your chat volume so you can spot shifts before they become a problem.
- Trend detection. A new issue starts appearing in five chats on Monday. By Wednesday it's in thirty. RipeText flags the trend early - before it snowballs.
- One dashboard for everything. If your team uses Crisp alongside other platforms, you no longer need to check each tool separately. RipeText brings all your support channels into a single view.
How it works
- Connect. Go to Integrations, click Crisp, and install the RipeText plugin on your Crisp website. That's it.
- Import. RipeText pulls your existing conversations and runs them through analysis.
- Stay current. New messages sync in real time via webhooks. No cron jobs, no manual exports.
